Time to pause. Space to breathe. Energy to restore.
Sometimes we simply need to step away from the noise of everyday life and give ourselves time to slow down.
My Reiki and wellbeing sessions offer a peaceful space to relax, reconnect and receive. Each experience is gentle, supportive and centred around you and what you need on the day.
Whether you are completely new to Reiki or already enjoy energy work, you are warmly welcome.
